Scheduled Meets Feb. 4--Interscholastics at home. Feb. 11--Navy at Annapolis. Feb. 25--Lehigh at home (3 p. m.) Mch. 3--Johns Hopkins at home (8 p. m.) party agreement among the institutions covering all sports. This plan bids fair to come into being in the near future. and it is planned to hold tournaments this spring for the purpose of selecting a varsity. The athletic authorities feel that both tennis and golf--the two sports that can be utilized after graduation--should be brought to intercollegiate proportions as soon as possible. This policy would involve an expenditure of money. The athletic association is not yet strong enough financially to undertake the promotion. Lehigh-Lafayette-Kutgers On the invitation of Walter R. Okeson, Alumni Secretary at Lehigh, Graduate Manager Garrison attended a dinner given by Lehigh alumni, Tuesday, January 24, at the Machinery Club, New York City. The occasion was called "Athletic Night." The principal speaker was Dean McClenahan of Princeton, who echoed the sentiments of President Lowell, now appearing in the public press, concerning intercollegiate athletics. "Bosey" Reiter, Director of Athletics, Passctti, Assistant Football Coach, and Okeson, spoke for Lehigh. Lafayette was represented by an alumnus speaker and also D. L. Reeves, Graduate Manager of Athletics.
